We’re happy to announce Pardus 2008.2 Alpha, the first test release for
upcoming Pardus 2008.2This alpha includes all of the enhancements and bugfixes commited since the
release of Pardus 2008 and can be dowloaded fromftp://ftp.pardus.org.tr/pub/pardus/installcd/2008.2/

not be installed on production machines. We did our best to fix all
bugs, however should you find one, do not hesitate to enter a report in
our bug reporting system (http://bugs.pardus.org.tr). Please note that to
eliminate potential problems, burn the CDs in DAO mode, 16x speed.As in 2008.1, we released Pardus 2008.2 Alpha as one install CD in English and
Turkish, one in all supported languages and one Live CD based on KDE3, and

tisdag, 30 december, 2008We are happy to announce the second update to Pardus 2008 series, Pardus
2008.2.Pardus 2008.2 will contain all the new features of our tools, bugfixes and
updates to packages since the release of Pardus 2008.1.
As always, existing Pardus 2008 users will be able to update their systems to
Pardus 2008.2 just by updating via package-manager or PiSi command line tool.In order to test new features of YALI & COMAR and to match the release
schedule of soon-to-be-released KDE4.2, we’ll have a few more test releases
